Answers

1. Our normal service varies between 2-4 weeks from your acceptance of the order confirmation. For orders required earlier, an express service is available at additional cost. Please contact the sales department for more details.

2. Yes, we have an express service where we can print on most items within five working days at an additional charge.
This is provided that the artwork must be created in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. The express service begins from the time that we receive the signed artwork approval sheet.
It is based on a single colour print only.
Goods will then be despatched on a next day service and we cannot be responsible for late deliveries once the goods have left our premises.

3. Artwork can be supplied in the following ways:

Supplied on disk – USB, CD or Zip disk
Via email – mail to info@ashpromo.co.uk

Colour matching
All artwork must be sent with specific Pantone colours.
Whilst we endeavour to match colours as closely as possible, due to chemical reactions on different surfaces and on non-white products, there may be slight variations. If no Pantone colour is specified, a swatch of the colour must be supplied, and will be matched at our discretion.

4. Yes we are able to re-draw artwork for you. Any additional artwork, such as cleaning up images, touching-up, typesetting or re-drawing will incur additional charges. Length of time to complete the work will be decided by Ashprint (London) Ltd on receipt of artwork. Please contact us for further details.

5. Yes, you will automatically receive a fax/email proof free of charge, which then must be returned and signed by yourself before we proceed. We will send pdf proofs via email or fax proofs. Please note: following approval of artwork we are unable to correct any mistakes or make amendments to the finished print.

6. Depending on the product, and where the item will be either pad or screen printed, we can print up to a maximum of four spot colours. There are certain products, where we can offer a full colour process facility. Please contact sales department for maximum colour print on certain items.

7. Yes you can get a printed sample proof on the majority of items. This service is available at a charge of £25 exclusive of screen/artwork/carriage.

8. The price you find on our website or on our catalogue is the price for the item and a one colour print/engraving. The additional costs are as follows:

Screen/origination charges
Screens, plates or blocks are required for each colour or position being printed and these are normally additional to any unit prices quoted unless stated otherwise.
A repeat order within 12 months of previous order, repeat screen setting charge is £11 per screen, provided that there are no changes.

Sample proof
A sample proof is available on most products, at an additional charge.

Carriage
Delivery will be sent by carrier and will be charged at cost. Larger quantities are subject to variation, which you will be informed of when enquiring or ordering.

Artwork

All prices are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

Samples can be supplied, but will be charged and are non returnable.

9. Yes we can source products for you. If there is something that we do not have on our website or catalogue, please let our sales department know. Our company has been established for nearly 20 years, and we have strong links with manufacturers both in Europe and the Far East. So if you are looking for something a bit different we will do our best to find it for you. Please contact us on info@ashpromo.co.uk

10. Yes we are able to print on products that you supply. Please provide a sample product to us, and if we agree to print on the item, we will charge you for the cost of print, the screen and setting charges. Express service is available, provided the artwork is camera ready and to size. Carriage is an additional charge.

11. Where the company has been provided with two trade and one bank reference and the company has agreed credit facilities, payment of the company’s invoice shall be made within 30 days from date of invoice. Payments can be made by BACS or by cheques made payable to: Ashprint (London) Ltd.
If you do not have an account with us, payment is then made by proforma.

12. We will be introducing an online order service facility in the near future.
You can view the products online and then contact us by email, phone or fax and we can process your order.
